This is a blog I made for my IDD 160 class at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. I have never touched photoshop or any other graphic design outlet, but I hope to gain knowledge of how to use it and develop a love for it. Take the journey with me of understanding photoshop illustrator, and indesign and hopefully my transformation from a cocoon to a butterfly :D

I have loved the Ford Mustang since I was little, this is layer masking of my dream car :)
This is a blend of layer mask and selections. I love Jetskiing and cannot wait to get back to it this spring :D

This is my attempt at selections. Selections are hard for me because of the slight details you need to add to make a picture look seamless. I hope in the future to be able to do this and gain that fine tuning hand all good IDD students want to achieve. This is a picture of a barn along with a horse contained into a fence.
This is my second attempt for the layer mask assignment. I went to the IDD club which helped me a lot to fine tune this image. This is a portrayal of the transition from day to dusk to night.
This is the first assignment we did in IDD 160 to familiarize ourselves with photoshop. This is a portrayal of my love for the Ford Mustang.
